Everborn is unfinished, pre-release software. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice.

Saves and account progress may be reset, wiped, or migrated during Pre-Alpha as the game's systems and database schema evolve. Do not treat your progress as permanent at this stage.

Do not attempt to exploit, abuse, or interfere with Everborn's systems, other players' accounts, or the service itself (including automated abuse, attempting unauthorized access, or exploiting bugs for unfair advantage).

Any in-game currency, items, or Market-related data (including features not yet implemented) are virtual only, have no real-world monetary value, and are not redeemable for cash. Everborn does not promise or imply real-money ownership of anything in-game.

The service, including its features, availability, and these terms, may change as Everborn moves through development. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
